1How does it fit?

Expect a roomy, boxy cut. Order your normal size for the intended fit, or go one size up if you want it extra oversized. Full measurements are in the size chart.

2How does the mask hood work?

One gold zipper runs from the bottom hem, up the front and over the hood. Stop at your neck and it's a regular zip-up. Keep going and the hood closes into a full face mask, with a gap left open for your eyes.

3What does the TrinityZip logo mean?

The three interwoven loops stand for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit: three persons, one God. The cross at the center points to Christ.

4When will my order arrive?

Shipping is free to every country. We make each hoodie after you order, which takes 7–10 business days. Once it ships you'll get a tracking number by email, and most orders arrive 7–14 business days later.

5Are there customs fees?

Some countries add import taxes, or ask for a personal ID or tax number before customs will release a parcel. If that applies to you, enter it at checkout so your order isn't held up.

6What if it arrives damaged?

Send us clear photos of the hoodie and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll replace it or refund you.

7How should I wash it?

Close the zipper, turn it inside out and machine wash cold. Hang it to dry so the fleece stays soft and the gold thread keeps its shine.

8Can I return it?

TrinityZip started with the oldest mystery of our faith: one God in three persons. Father, Son and Holy Spirit, distinct and never apart.

Every detail on our first hoodie carries part of that story. The crown of thorns, stitched in gold around both sleeves. The cross, on the zipper pull and at the top of the hood. A tonal shield on the chest, with Mark 9:23 embroidered beside it.
